Introducing the Bonterra Status Page

We are thrilled to announce a new feature designed to enhance your experience with Bonterra’s software products: the Bonterra Status Page!

Stay Informed with Real-Time Updates: The Bonterra Status Page allows you to stay informed about the status of all Bonterra software products. You can now easily see if there are any unexpected outages and get real-time information on product downtime.

Subscribe for Instant Notifications: Want to be the first to know about any issues? You can subscribe to receive instant updates directly to your email. This ensures you’re always in the loop with the latest information on the product(s) you care about.

View Scheduled Maintenance: In addition to real-time outage information, the status page also features a schedule of planned maintenance windows. This helps you and your team plan ahead and minimize any disruptions to your workflow.
We recommend bookmarking the Status Page for quick future reference and subscribing to updates now to be the first to know about status updates in the future.

Select from multiple user pools in SSO
|
|
|
Apricot users are now able to select additional user pools in SSO. A few key benefits of this product enhancement include:

The ability for organizations with sandboxes to have users log in with the same IDP for Sandbox and Production.
-
The ability to select additional user pools will allow large organizations that use the same IDP but separate Apricot sites to authenticate with the same IDP.
-
For enterprise organizations, this change reinforces the existing benefits of Apricot Federated Single Sign On (SSO).

Multifactor Authentication Enhancements
|
|
|
The MFA user experience has been updated to further enhance security. The MFA flow has changed, and now there is a dedicated page that can be accessed directly from the user badge in the top-right corner of the screen.
Note that nothing has changed for admins enabling MFA.

NEW: APRICOT TARGETED WEBINARS
|
A new targeted micro-learning series is available! These quick, 15-minute sessions are centered around one specific topic and are designed to teach best practices for making the most of your software.
A few topics intended for Administrators include:
