Inventory Reporting now available in Results Reporting
|
|
|
Good news: A new Inventory Universe is now available in Results Reporting! This release allows administrative users to extend the insights available from the Inventory Dashboard and build custom reports to understand inventory in context with services, participant, or other organization-specific data better. This aids in answering questions about the flow of inventory items over time and ensuring resources are available for program participants when needed.
Please Note: Inventory Reporting in Results Reporting is available to Administrators in Apricot 360 organizations within the U.S. To request more information about this feature, please contact the Account Management team here.

New Feature Enhancements for Enterprise Managers

We’re excited to share some recent enhancements in ETO, driven by your feedback. These recent changes are designed to give you more control and security.
Enhanced Access Control for Support Portal
Enterprise Managers can now restrict access to the Support Portal, making it available only to Enterprise Managers. This change empowers you to manage how your team interacts with ETO Support, ensuring end users connect with your internal teams first for guidance.
New Security Setting: Manage Password & Security Questions
We’ve introduced a new setting that allows you to hide the ‘Manage My Password & Security Questions’ option from a user’s account dropdown. This feature provides added security by:

Preventing unauthorized access: Restricting password resets to authorized users only.

Mitigating social engineering risks: Reducing the chances of attacks by limiting who can reset passwords.

Improved monitoring: Offering better oversight and logging of password reset attempts, aiding in the detection of suspicious activities.

ParentResponseID Filter for TouchPoint Cross Reference Elements
A new filtering option, ParentResponseID, is now available when creating Cross Reference Elements in TouchPoint Responses. This enhancement gives you more flexibility and precision in your data management. View this help article for more information.
