Welcome to the April edition of Bonterra news! This month, we focused on expanding the types of services that can be tracked on our platform and improving Apricot's ability to meet the needs of large-scale, enterprise organizations. While historically we've focused on case management services, classes and resource distribution are also incredibly important to our clients.
Now, users can see a more holistic view of impact on participants. We also added a critical enhancement to our single sign-on feature: Administrators can enforce the SSO login path. We delivered these enhancements while also dedicating significant time and resources to Apricot's performance and resiliency.

Updates to Attendance Tracker UI
|

|
Discover the newest enhancements to our Attendance Tracker feature! Now, you can easily navigate to specific attendance data using the updated calendar date picker, quickly access active classes by toggling the "Inactive Class" option, and streamline attendance management for enrolled participants with the "Show Unenrolled" toggle. 'Force SSO Login' setting
|

This highly-requested Single Sign-On enhancement allows administrators to manage login options and require all standard users to login using SSO. Administrators may still use the standard login workflow to authenticate Apricot access. Learn more about managing user login options below.

Inventory Management for Apricot 360
|
|
|
Inventory Management is now live for all Apricot 360 customers, allowing you to track the availability and usage of your items and match physical resources to participants in need. The corresponding Inventory Dashboard is also available to US Apricot 360 customers.
With Inventory Management, you’ll be able to:
- Scale your impact, reduce waste, and allow your staff to focus on service delivery by efficiently managing your physical resources.
- Provide higher quality service through timely and consistent resource distribution.
- Gain insight into what resources ultimately lead to better outcomes in your community.
